A housing covenant has been approved as well, setting out rules that buyers must adhere to; such as building 25 feet back from the lot line, pitch of the roof, additional buildings on the lot, etc. Buyers will also be required to build within one year. If weather is the delay, the city of Anthon will be able to grant a 90 day extension to the one year.
